In addition to the work, duties and rights written in the Act, the work, duties and rights of the National Archives shall be as follows:-

(a) To publish records as required ,
(b) To obtain or purchase any document useful for the National Archives in accordance with prevailing laws,
(c) microfilming of records,
(d) If someone requests to publish the records, to approve the condition,
(e) To suggest the necessary opinion to any agency regarding the preservation of documents,
(f) To increase public awareness regarding the collection and preservation of documents,
(G) To do other necessary work related to document protection.
