Section 3
ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL ARCHIVES
3.1 There shall be a National Archives to maintain records in an orderly and secure manner. 3.2 The National Archives established before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with this Act.
