7.1 A person can send any document of national importance from a historical, religious, cultural, literary, economic or other point of view to the National Archives for safe preservation as a national asset. 7.2 Documents sent to the National Archives in accordance with sub-section 7.1 shall not be withdrawn by the person who sent such documents from the National Archives.
