Section 43
National Anti-Doping Agency remains
(1) There shall be a National Anti-Doping Agency to act against the use of prohibited drugs in sports.
(2) The constitution of the National Anti-Doping Agency as per sub-section (1) and the arrangements regarding work, duties and rights shall be as prescribed.
