Section 29
Consequences of the National Judicial Establishment Ordinance, 2062 being inoperative
If no other intention appears after the National Judicial Establishment Ordinance, 2062 has become inoperative, such inactivity,
(a) shall not raise any matter which was not in force or which was not maintained while the ordinance was inoperative.
(b) It shall not affect the things that have been carried out in accordance with the said Ordinance or any work done or suffered before the procedure has been carried out accordingly,
(c) shall not affect any rights, facilities, duties or obligations received, achieved or suffered in accordance with the Ordinance,
(d) No penalty imposed under that Ordinance shall affect punishment or forfeiture,
(e) Any such action or measure taken in relation to any such right, facility, duty, obligation or penalty written above shall not be affected and any such legal action or measure may be initiated, continued or enforced as long as the said Ordinance remains in force.
