(1) The National Judicial Foundation has been established to enhance the work capacity and professional efficiency of judges, employees and legal practitioners working in the judicial body, and to conduct studies and research in the field of law and justice.
(2) The central office of the Foundation will be in Kathmandu Valley and the Foundation may open an office outside the Kathmandu Valley as per the need.
