Section 19
Right to close roads and streams in National Forests
The Government of Nepal or an officer authorized by the Government of Nepal may close any private or public road or stream within the National Forest for the purpose of development and protection of the forest, but before such closure, any other road or stream that is as convenient as possible may be closed instead. The river should be provided.
