(1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a National Resource Conservation Commission by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette to advise the Government of Nepal on land and water conservation issues.
(2) The work, duties and powers of the National Resource Conservation Commission established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
