(1) The filling up of vacancies in service groups and sub-groups shall be in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act.
(2) Uncategorized posts will be filled by initial appointment through open competition. 7.Eligibility for appointment: When filling the vacancies of related groups and sub-groups through open competition, persons who are not qualified according to Section 10 of the Act and who have met the minimum qualifications according to Schedule-3 can be candidates.
