Section 104
The condition of not being able to say that it was not duly issued
The person who writes or draws the negotiable instrument or the drawer and the person who accepts it for the sake of the drawer's honor shall not be entitled to say that such negotiable instrument was not duly drawn or issued in the beginning in a case brought by the holder of the instrument.
