(1) The Government of Nepal may provide the following facilities, concessions and exemptions in addition to the facilities, concessions and exemptions mentioned in Section 41 of the Act for the rehabilitation, reconstruction and management of morbid hospitals or make necessary arrangements for the same:-
(a) Recommending to the relevant banks and financial institutions to convert the old loan into a soft loan,
(B) Recommending to the relevant banks and financial institutions to discount the interest and damages of the previous loan,
(c) Recommending to related banks and financial institutions to provide additional loans at subsidized interest rates from banks and financial institutions for industrial operations,
(d) Recommending to the concerned banks and financial institutions to extend the period of payment of installments to those who are not blacklisted.
(2) When providing exemptions, facilities or concessions to the industry according to sub-rule (1), the amount of exemptions, facilities or concessions may vary depending on the classification of the sick industry, or to provide such exemptions, facilities or concessions or recommend to the regulatory body of the concerned financial institution.
