8.1 For work related to city planning, the committee shall from time to time clearly publish a notice to the public, for a period not exceeding two years, to subdivide any type of immovable property within the city planning area without the prior approval of the committee for the period specified in the same notice. Or it can prevent any physical change. 8.2 The committee shall send the notification of the suspension as per sub-section 8.1 to the relevant office for registration. 8.3 If the concerned office for registration receives the notice as per sub-section 8.2, such immovable property shall not be registered in such a way as to be divided.
