(1) If a candidate acts irregularly in an examination center or violates the conditions prescribed by the Commission or if someone takes the examination in the name of another person, the Commission shall cancel the examination of such candidate and the person taking the examination in the name of himself or another person may not be a candidate in the examination conducted by the Commission for a period of five years. will be able to stop it.
(2) If a candidate disrupts the conduct of the examination by rioting in any examination center, such candidate may be immediately expelled from the examination center by the head of the center and in case of such expulsion, the examination of all the subjects as per the advertisement will be automatically cancelled.
(3) If any government employee commits the act as per sub-section (1), departmental action will also be taken against such employee.
