Government of Nepal, State Government and local level shall carry out the following activities in relation to conducting employment program to provide minimum employment:-
(a) To estimate the jobs that can be created in each financial year in the development and construction programs and projects of the public sector,
(b) Designing and implementing the necessary programs for job creation every year,
(c) To coordinate necessary to provide minimum employment to unemployed persons in programs and projects implemented by various agencies for job creation,
(D) Necessary coordination and cooperation with the private sector and non-governmental organizations for job creation,
(e) Conducting a special campaign to promote the consumption and consumption of locally produced goods for increasing employment opportunities,
(f) Coordination and cooperation necessary to carry out the activities related to poverty alleviation and job creation in an integrated manner.
