(1) Every employment service center shall keep records of the details of unemployed persons and employers and use the employment management information system.
(2) Establishment and operation of the employment management information system as per sub-rule (1) shall be done through the Ministry.
(3) The employment management information system according to sub-rule (1) can be linked with other integrated information systems introduced by the Government of Nepal.
