Rule 6
Work, Duties and Rights of Employment Service Center
The work, duties and rights of Employment Service Center shall be as follows:--
(a) Collecting and analyzing the data of unemployed people within the local level and preparing the list of unemployed persons,
(b) Distribution of identity cards to listed unemployed persons,
(c) Identifying the employment opportunities available within the local level and communicating the information thereof,
(d) Analyzing the possible situation of employment within the local level and collecting employment data, mapping employment and documenting employment opportunities,
(e) to inform the employer of the probability of availability of labour,
(f) Notifying the listed unemployed person to go to work for employment as requested by the employer,
(G) To identify the necessary skill development training based on the knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and market demand of the unemployed and recommend it to the relevant training center,
(h) Submitting reports about their activities regularly to the concerned village executive and city executive,
(i) To send a monthly report to the Ministry and the Ministry of Employment of the Province in the format prescribed by the Ministry in relation to the activities carried out by him in accordance with the Act and this regulation,
(h) Communicating information for people who want to go for foreign employment from within their working area,
(k) "To assist in the work related to the distribution of financial assistance provided by the Foreign Employment Board,
(l) To distribute subsistence allowances to unemployed families,
(51) Coordinating and collaborating with other government agencies or programs run by such agencies that work on employment and self-employment at the relevant local level,
(D) To provide other services to the stakeholders related to employment.
