(1) For the purposes of determining, collecting, and distributing the royalties of copyright-related compositions, a royalty collection organization shall be established as prescribed in a general category.
(2) The royalty collection organization established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be registered with the Registrar as prescribed.
(3) The Royalty Collection Institution shall be a self-governing and organized body with inalienable succession
(4) The royalty collection organization shall have its own seal for all operations.
(5) The royalty collection organization can acquire, use, sell or arrange in any other way movable and immovable property like a person and file a complaint like a person and file a complaint under the same name.
(6) The Government of Nepal may prescribe conditions to be followed by the royalty collection organization and it shall be the duty of the royalty collection organization to comply with such conditions.
