(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 47 of the Act - the health services, facilities and procedures provided for the target group will be as determined by the Government of Nepal.
(2) “The health services and facilities determined for the target group according to sub-rule (1) will be provided through the provincial government and local level.
(3) For the purpose of sub-rule (2), the Government of Nepal will provide necessary support to the provincial government and the local level.
