(1) To invest in any project which has been selected as a priority project while approving the project in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 8 or referred to in sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Act but has not been selected by the board or as per clause (e) of the same sub-section Any person who wants can submit an application to the board along with a project investment proposal in the format as per schedule-1.
(2) When making an application according to sub-rule (1), the relevant investor must have attached the details according to sub-rule (1) of rule 11.
(3) When making an application according to sub-rule (1), ten thousand rupees must be filed before the board as an application fee.
