9. Special policy arrangements related to small enterprises, domestic and small industries

9.1 Institutional structures and infrastructures will be built by making necessary legal arrangements to support the promotion, development and expansion of small enterprises, domestic and small industries.

p> 9.2 To increase the competitiveness of small enterprises, domestic and small industries to enable them to access and expand the market, the services of the existing micro enterprises, domestic and small industries development fund will be expanded and made effective.

9.3 Based on the available natural resources, human resources and investment opportunities in the district, in coordination with the local district development committee/municipality and village development committee, a district enterprise and industry development plan will be prepared and implemented in a phased manner in collaboration with these bodies.

9.4 Micro-enterprise , while establishing and promoting domestic and small industries, giving special priority to the target groups designated by the Government of Nepal, through motivation and entrepreneurship development training, the ability to operate such enterprises will be developed by choosing appropriate enterprises based on the potential of resources and market demand.

< p>9.5 To provide business development services to productive industries in rural areas, community or cooperative micro-enterprises, home and small industry villages will be established and industrial centers will be developed.

9.6 One village, one product. According to the concept of ILVHMGAT0, industrial promotion will be given priority through additional group industrial centers by identifying the most potential sources and means at the local level and establishing product development centers to promote the production of industrial goods based on them.

9.7 Arrangements will be made to increase the subsidy amount in proportion to the expenditure to the local bodies that show priority in the development of industrial infrastructure to establish small enterprises, domestic and small industry villages.Support will be provided for the promotion of industries by maintaining the identity of their products.

9.10 Special arrangements will be made for the use of appropriate information technology for the production and market promotion of small enterprises, domestic and small industries.
