In cooperation with other national level objective organizations including Federation of Commerce and Industry and National Small Entrepreneurs Association, regional level micro enterprises, domestic and small industrial and commodity development centers will be established in different places based on the possibility and priority.

11.24 Small Community-shared service centers will be established at appropriate locations to provide integrated services to entrepreneurs and to support them in the infrastructure required for their production and market services. Arrangements will be made to provide group loans in a simple and accessible way through cooperatives.
