(1) After conducting the necessary investigation on the application received under Rule 3, the licensing authority shall issue the license to the applicant in accordance with the following, taking the form mentioned in Rule 9.
(a) for Satellite Receiving System or Satellite Communication System (Earth Station) and Cordless Telephone in the format as per Schedule-4(a) and Schedule-4(b) respectively,
(b) for keeping and using all other types of radio equipment except as mentioned in clause (a) in the format as per schedule-4(c),
(c) to be an amateur radio control operator or an amateur radio operator in the format as per schedule-4(d),
(d) for manufacturing radio equipment in accordance with schedule-5 and
(e) In order to sell and distribute radio equipment in accordance with schedule-6.
(2) No license shall be granted to the applicant in such a way as to adversely affect the public communication service while granting the license in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) While granting a license according to sub-rule (1), the licensee may also specify the necessary conditions to be followed.
