No license is required to possess and use the following radio equipment.
(a) Devices for listening or appearing to listen to radio or television transmissions,
(b) Radio control toys, cordless microphones and cordless telephones with a capacity of less than 30 meters distance as determined by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Communications and
(c) Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communication published notice in Nepal Gazette and specified other radio devices.
