Section 33
<br> to preserve applicable and poisonous drugs
A clear label should be affixed on the prescribed effective and poisonous drugs and kept safe as prescribed.
(2) A person who sells and distributes illegal and poisonous drugs as per sub-section (1) shall keep a record of the illegal and poisonous drugs sold and distributed by him in the prescribed format and the prescription written by a doctor related to such illegal and poisonous drugs shall be attached to such records.
