(1) When examining a body according to Section 11 of the Act, the investigating police personnel shall raise a bond as per Schedule-7 or Schedule-8 as required.
(2) After the post-mortem examination has been completed according to sub-rule (1), if the post-mortem examination does not show that the death was the result of any crime or in a suspicious situation, and if the investigating police officer deems it unnecessary to conduct an autopsy on the post-mortem, then a notice should be placed on the notice board of the local gentry along with the reason.
