(1) The work, duties and powers of the liquidator appointed under section 42 of the Act shall be as follows. In order to pay the remaining amount, the remaining amount shall be recovered from the assets of the organization or association or the current or former members or deceased members by following the procedure of rules 25 and 27.
(b) If the dissolved organization or association has kept any amount due to a creditor and the same is not credited to the books of account of the organization or association or the association itself, then such creditor is required to come and claim the said amount within this period or proof that it is due. Notifying that the amount should not be distributed until the claim is made.
(c) If there is a question as to who should be given priority among the creditors, to decide it.
(d) In connection with the dissolution of the organization or association, to give necessary instructions regarding the collection and distribution of the assets of the organization or association.
(e) To arrange a settlement between the two parties regarding the claims made by the organization or the association or against the organization or the association with the prior approval of the registrar.
(f) To convene a meeting of the members if deemed necessary for dissolution.
(g) To take charge of the account books, documents, writings and assets of the organization or association.
(h) To dispose of the assets of the organization or association.
(i) After the plan of distributing the assets of the organization or association is approved by the registrar, the same shall be distributed. In order to obtain necessary information regarding other matters, the party, the opposition, witnesses and any employee of the organization or association may be brought before him and questioned.
