Section 126
Documents to be examined
Upon receipt of the documents of the plaint, reply, appeal or petition filed in the proceedings of the case, the relevant officer shall check whether such document conforms to the law or not, whether it is within the time limit or not, whether it is within the jurisdiction of the court or not. It should be checked if there is no, if there is no disclosure, if there is any inaccuracy in writing, presentation or mention, if there is a difference in numbers and letters, and if such document is rejected for any other reason.
