(1) According to Section 21 of the Act, the department or office shall send the details of the assets and instruments sold by auction to the relevant court within seven days of the auction in the format as per Schedule-3.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the office shall also provide written information to the department about the details sent to the court.
(3) The records of the details as per sub-rules (1) and (2) shall be kept by the department.
