Rule 35
If the auction is not sold, the property will remain in the ownership of the cooperative organization
: According to rule 30 and rule 32, if no one fails to sell the property by auction, the cooperative organization can take ownership of the said property and in such a situation, the relevant offices will register accordingly in the register in their office according to the name of the cooperative organization. Or the filing should be rejected.
