9. Accounting and auditing

(1) The income and expenditure accounts of the committee shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) The audit of the committee will be done by the Auditor General's department or the auditor appointed by that department.
(3) The Government of Nepal may at any time examine or cause to be examined the accounts of income and expenditure of the committee, related documents and other cash or goods.
