(1) According to section 22 of the Act, when accounting for tax, if there is an arrangement for accounting according to the prevailing law, it shall be done accordingly.
(2) In case there is no provision of accounting standards according to sub-rule (1), tax accounting shall be done according to the accounting standards set by the department based on any prevailing international principles or practices.
