Section 25
Auditor and Audit
(1) The audit of the Board's books and records shall be conducted by the Auditor General or any auditor appointed by him. (2) The auditor appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) while auditing the Board's books and records shall, in addition to other things, mention the following matters in his audit report:-(a) ) In the statement of income and expenditure, the true facts of the income and expenditure of the board are visible or not.
