Section 67
Recommending action to the auditor
(1) Auditors who do not comply with the duties according to this Act shall be recommended by the National Bank to be removed from the list of auditors so that they may not audit any bank or financial institution for a period of one to three years. Action should be taken against such auditor as per prevailing law.
