Section 25A
To be sent in writing
If information or complaint related to related offenses mentioned in the schedule or other offenses according to prevailing law is received in the department or during the investigation of the offense according to paragraph-2, if it is found that other offenses have been committed while investigating the offense according to paragraph-2 Information, complaints, findings obtained from the investigation and documents collected must be sent in writing to the investigating agency or officer for necessary action.
