Section 7
Endangered fauna or flora or specimens thereof
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, the following wild animals or plants or specimens thereof produced by any person, organization or body under the protection of natural habitats as specified in accordance with the permit granted in accordance with sub-section (1) of Section 6 shall be considered as endangered wild animals or plants or specimens thereof. :-
(a) The first generation produced from the rare wild animal or its specimen used as seed in accordance with the license to produce the first generation (F-1 generation) by controlled breeding and the wild animal produced from it and its offspring,
(b) Rare plants used as seeds or plants grown or produced from samples of rare plants and their seeds in accordance with the permit to grow or produce artificially. However, the wild animals or plants or the samples thereof used as seeds for the production of such wild animals or plants shall be considered as rare wild animals or plants or rare specimens.
(a) The first generation produced from the rare wild animal or its specimen used as seed in accordance with the license to produce the first generation (F-1 generation) by controlled breeding and the wild animal produced from it and its offspring,
(b) Rare plants used as seeds or plants grown or produced from samples of rare plants and their seeds in accordance with the permit to grow or produce artificially. However, the wild animals or plants or the samples thereof used as seeds for the production of such wild animals or plants shall be considered as rare wild animals or plants or rare specimens.
