Section 45
Special provisions relating to contract of goods

(1) The rules, conditions and standards applicable to the transaction of commodity contracts (trading of options) in which there is a special arrangement of rights and obligations in relation to the purchase or sale of commodities in the future shall be as prescribed.
(2) Until the provisions, conditions and standards as per sub-section (1) are implemented, trading of such commodity contracts (trading of options) shall not be allowed.
