(1) Commodity traders may conduct the following business:-
(a) Market Making Business,
(b) Investment Management Business,
(c) Investment Consulting Business,
(d) Custodian service business,
(e) Commodity brokerage business,
(f) commodity trading business,
(G) Other commodity trading business as specified.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), commodity traders may be classified as follows:-
(a) Market Maker,
(b) Investment Manager,
(c) Investment Consultants,
(d) Custodian,
(e) commodity trading broker,
(f) commodity trading merchant,
(g) Other goods businessmen as specified.
(3) Other arrangements related to commodity trading business shall be as prescribed.
