(1) According to section 31 of the Act, if there is an order from the court to stop the supply or distribution of any goods or services, the board or the market protection officer shall destroy the houses, places, warehouses, shops related to such goods or services. The box or other similar thing shall be sealed and two copies shall be prepared and one copy shall be kept in his charge and one copy shall be given to the concerned person or establishment. The market protection officer shall affix his office stamp and also put his signature on such seal.
