The Board of Directors of Commodity Exchange Market shall appoint a person who has the following qualifications to the position of Chief Executive Officer to act as the administrative head:-
(a) At least a master's degree in economics, commerce, finance, accounting, management or law from a recognized educational institution and having at least seven years of work experience in the relevant field,
(b) Absence of disqualification as specified.
