Time to hand over item

(1) If it is mentioned in the contract that an item must be handed over at a specific time or within a specific period, the seller must hand over such item to the buyer within the same time or period.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the goods transferred by the seller are received by the buyer before the time or period specified in the contract or after such time or period has passed, the seller shall be deemed to have handed over the goods.
