<br> to pay the price of the item
Except as otherwise provided in the contract, in any of the following cases, the price of the goods shall be paid as follows:-
(a) The price of the goods purchased by the buyer to the seller at the time of purchase of the goods,
(b) At the time of handing over the goods.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the price of goods shall be paid in cash. Explanation: For the purpose of this clause, "cash" means check payable through a bank, traveller's cheque, promissory note, bill of exchange, letter of credit, bank draft, credit card, telegraphic transfer.
