Section 547
Determining the price of the item

(1) Except as otherwise provided in the contract, the price of the goods shall be determined by the terms of the contract in the manner approved in the contract or by the course of business between the parties.
(2) If the price of the item is determined according to measurement and weight, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract, the price of such item shall be fixed on the basis of net measurement and weight.
(3) If the price of the goods cannot be determined according to sub-section (1) or (2), the buyer shall pay a reasonable price to the seller after considering the relevant circumstances.
