Rule 32
Section 11A of the
Act which is considered to have a significant adverse impact on the environment. For the purpose of the person doing mineral work, the following effects that may be caused to the environment by doing any mineral work will be considered as having a significant negative impact on the environment:-
(a) Development of mines and basic structures may cause deviations in land use and land surface.
(B) Forest development and wild animals may become extinct.
(c) The water flowing from the mine and the bubbles released during the processing of the steam may pollute the water.
(d) Smoke and dust may pollute the air.
(e) The use of drilling, blasting and large machines may cause noise pollution and vibration.
(f) Over-burden tailing etc. may cause problems of solid disorder.
(g) Land erosion, landslides, landslides, soil erosion and plant closure may cause problems.
(h) Change in water flow and inconvenience in water use.
(i) Cultural, archaeological sites and botanical gardens may be damaged.
