If the crashed aircraft and its parts or the goods in the aircraft are not necessary for the investigation of the accident, the Ministry can hand over such aircraft and its parts or the goods in the aircraft to the official representative. But the personal belongings in the aircraft will be handed over to the concerned person or his representative if present.
