Section 145
Eligibility of the person to be heir
A person who meets the following qualifications can be an heir:-
(a) Contractable according to law,
(b) In accordance with the judgment, there is no payment due to the court due to government failure, execution of the judgment, court fee or any penalty or fine,
(c) Not having been punished for fraud, fraud or corruption or moral turpitude. However, nothing written in this section shall prevent the appointment of an heir to a person of Ekasgol.
