(1) An employee who is unable to be present to receive the bonus may send a person to receive the bonus he/she is entitled to by giving permission. If someone is willed by him, the same person and if no one is so willed, or if the person who is willed has died before the death of the person who willed, then the rightful person will get it according to the prevailing law regarding inheritance.

(3) Distribution according to sub-section (2). A person who is not satisfied with the disbursed bonus can appeal to the Labor Court within thirty-five days from the date of distribution, and the decision of the Labor Court will be final.
