Section 22
Annual report
(1) The Commission shall submit the annual report of its activities to the President within three months after the end of the financial year.
(2) In addition to other subjects, the following subjects should also be included in the annual report as per sub-section (1):-
(a) Details and cost of implementation of the annual program of the Commission,
(b) Details of recommendations and suggestions given by the Commission to the Government of Nepal or any other body,
(c) The state of implementation of recommendations and suggestions according to clause (b). (D) Financial and physical resources of the Commission and the state of their use (e) Details of other actions taken in connection with the fulfillment of the obligations to be fulfilled by the Commission in accordance with this Act.
(2) In addition to other subjects, the following subjects should also be included in the annual report as per sub-section (1):-
(a) Details and cost of implementation of the annual program of the Commission,
