– (1) The executive director shall submit the annual report of the fund's operations to the committee within 6 months after the end of each financial year. A copy of the report passed by the committee should be submitted by the executive director to the Government of Nepal.
(2) In addition to other things, the report according to sub-section (1) shall include the programs conducted by the fund throughout the year, the costs incurred while conducting the program, the fund's operating expenses and the achievements and improvements to be made in the future.
(3) The Executive Director shall publicly publish the annual report of the fund as mentioned in sub-section (2) with the approval of the committee.
