(1) Within three months of the end of each financial year, the foundation shall submit an annual report of its activities during the year to the Government of Nepal.
(2) In addition to other things, in the report according to sub-section (1), a brief description of the work done by the establishment during the year and the achievements of the establishment should be mentioned.
