(1) The Commission shall submit the annual report of its activities to the President within three months after the end of the financial year.
(2) In addition to other subjects, the following subjects should also be included in the annual report as per sub-section (1):-
(a) Details and expenditure relating to the implementation of the annual program of the Commission,
(B) Details of recommendations and suggestions given by the Commission to the Government of Nepal, provinces and local levels (c) Status of implementation of recommendations and suggestions,
(d) Financial and physical resources of the Commission and the condition of their use (e)   Suggestion regarding improvements to be made in other matters related to natural resources and revenue distribution,
(f) Details of other actions taken in connection with the fulfillment of the obligations to be fulfilled by the Commission in accordance with this Act.
(3) After submission of the report under sub-section (1) to the Federal Parliament, the Commission shall publish the report for public information.
